Building bases and platforms the easy way..
Why EasyBases? Cost – Convenience – Versatility – Portability
EasyBases come in two formats.
EasyFrames are a support frame that can be used with or without feet for buildings that come with a floor.
EasyFloors sit on an EasyFrame to provide a concrete-filled steel-tiled floor.
Shown above is the EasyFloor with steel encased 2’x2′ concrete tiles in place. The EasyFrame is pictured with the frame alone on display at Norton Leisure Buildings further down this page. (Note: Our photo stock is outpaced by product development! Frame fascias now have no visible screw holes and the feet assemblies shown in some photos are the prior versions that required screws. New photos coming with our first development ready for 2025.)
The tiled floor is perfect for a concrete shed, workshop, home gym, home office, hot tub or greenhouse. In fact any building where a substantial and level floor is required.

How do EasyBases compare in cost to existing offerings?
When laying a base, cost is not as important a factor as choosing the appropriate type required for differing installations. When choosing EasyBases, you can be sure they bring the benefits of strength, precision, simplicity and value for money.
Ultimately, the best choice for a shed base depends on several factors, including the shed’s weight, the soil conditions, and your budget. If you’re concerned about cracking, consider using a reinforced concrete base or opting for an adjustable metal frame.
Typical EasyBases Frame Types
EasyFrames allow you further flexibility by giving the choice to create a variety of shapes beyond a standard rectangle. This is due to the various connection options provided by our sister companies clicK and Geneero.
Please call for a quote if you require non-square connection shapes. Connection pieces are included in all prices regardless of desired shape.
Square 4’X4′
Octagon
Rectangle 8’X4′
Stretched Octagon 12’X8′
The shed on the right is shown on an EasyBases EasyFrame without feet. It is featured on the display site of Norton Leisure Buildings in Chipping Norton, Banbury Road, Chipping Norton, OX7 5SY Phone 01608 643 784.
At this location there are 21 wooden sheds, 16 greenhouses, 14 garden rooms and 3 home offices (8/9/2023).

We, Leofric Building Systems, list this information as a public service to save potential buyers from driving around to Garden Centres who list sheds but do not have any on display when you get there. Nothing beats inspecting what is actually on offer. How do the doors and windows fit? Does the floor seem firm and solid enough under foot? Is any of the wood splitting? Is the roof material likely to be lifted by a strong wind?
EasyBases can be combined with our existing range of Aluminium products from our sister companies. Geneero and clicK Shelving frameworks, a part of Hammond Industries
