About
Building on decades experience from designing, manufacturing and repairing exterior buildings, allied to the pedigree of Mayfair (formerly Marley Buildings) and clicK Aluminium frameworks, Leofric Building Systems developed EasyBases to use for some of our projects.
We saw potential for a wide variety of applications with exterior platform installations on differing surfaces. The more we spoke to people, the more new ideas they gave us for developments, each of which we will release here as soon as they are proven.
EasyFrames are the core of EasyBases. Assemble by slotting the sections together and tightening using a hex key, to give you a precise frame in minutes. Preparing the installation location and levelling can still be achieved with all existing methods and or allied with our foot options.
EasyBases are comprised of nine interconnecting Aluminium profiles secured with expanding joints and bolts. We developed an innovative insert to attach bolts to the frame, allowing our adjustable feet to be attached to the frame at any location, during and after the installation of a structure.
You can add any number of EasyBases levelling feet, allowing you to adjust the frame with millimetre precision during and after installation. The freely positioned feet expand your choices when considering projects with slopes or uneven surfaces.
EasyFloors are created by laying steel-encased concrete tiles into the EasyFrame to provide a floor base for structures that can extend beyond the internal area, creating a deck around a building or a floor surround for a hot tub.
The Aluminium frame is made up of profiles from our sister company clicK Systems and our specialised profile company Geneero.
In total there are nine unique profiles used in the design. Some date back to their use in the construction of the shell exhibition booths used in the original Halls of the NEC in Birmingham in the late 1970’s and raised flooring used in computer rooms. The materials and components are thus well tried and tested.
